Step 1: Pay Family Program Fee- $245 (clinical fee) $399 (cognitive pre-post testing) $989 medical rental
fee - Total investment of $1633 for the entire family.
Step 2: Registration - Fill in your Registration information, read, and sign the Consent for Training & Consultation and the Training and Fee Guidelines.

Step 3: Complete Assessment Surveys - Completing the Assessment Surveys gives us the information we need to make recommendations and measure results from the Learning Leaps program. (Please complete before your first session for best results)
